A Little Off Topic...

Danielle: Before and After
...But I just HAD to brag on one of my good friends.

Danielle is a mother of two and wife to a bad mo' fo'/U.S. Soldier (Army). She's also a team Beachbody Coach who focuses on the P90X program. Recently she's had some awesome success with her personal fitness goals:



As you can see in the pic above, Danielle has lost a good bit of weight - Between the first and second picture she's lost over 5lbs and an entire dress size.

The thing is: the two pics are only one month apart!

You see, she's been training like a warrior and in only one month she's dropped quite a bit of fat, put on some muscle, AND has to buy new clothes - which is pretty damn impressive.

Now, I know that a lot of you reading this aren't happy with your weight or maybe you're struggling with your current level of general conditioning.

Danielle knows how you feel - she's been there herself. And because of that she can be an essential ally when you decide to make a change.

And for those of you on the fence: I can truly say that the P90X program is a VERY effective tool for changing your body composition and improving your conditioning level. Several of my training buddies use P90X in addition to their Muay Thai and MMA training.
