Who Am I?
My name is Josh.
I've been a martial artist for most of my life. And during that time I've met and trained with a lot of great fighters and I've practiced several different styles: Tae Kwon Do/Chung Do Kwan, Donjitsu Do, Xingyiquan, BJJ, and Muay Thai.
I've worked as a Loss Prevention Associate/Security Guard and, briefly, as a bouncer in local night clubs. On more than one occasion I've had to use my fighting skills when it really matters.
More recently I've become involved in the competitive side of the martial arts.
So, I know a thing or two about what works and what doesn't.
Don't get me wrong: I'm still learning myself. And I will continue to learn for the rest of my life. But, (Un)Caged Fighter is my honest attempt to help you along your path as a fighter and as a martial artist.
